Summer account number zwei

*Hawaii was amazing!
*I miss my Fox family...and can't wait until September to see them!
*I am still jobless and might work for my parents (not very excited)
*I'm going to be a counselor at my church camp Camp Lagawha for a week for the middleschoolers, and applying to be a CIT for my old diabetes camp, Gales Creek Camp, where counselors get cool nicknames and kids will be hard-pressed to find out your real name, (if I get it, I'm going for Tiki).
*Going to San Fran next week with some of the family to pick up our old Belgian exchange student Alex, can't wait to see her.
*Going to our Brookings beach house for fourth of July, fireworks over the ocean, gorgeous!! There will be more than ten of us going, friends and family! Should be interesting!
*I'll be twenty in less than four months, (aka Sept. 13th)!
*Last Sunday, my dad is the lay leader for our church, did his lay service last Sunday, and I did the children's message!

Aloha, Hawaii

Was amazing!

My favorite excursions, Pearl Harbor Hike Maui, Sunset cruise, Glass bottom tour, and the luaus! We went with my family, my mom's side of the family, and Petey, Grandma's best friend! We went on Pride of America- From Norwegian Cruise line, and went to Maui, Hawaii, Oahu and Kaui'i.

-We went to Pearl Harbor, be4 going on the cruise. We went shopping, saw a submarine, and waited a while for our tour number to be called. Next we saw sad movie about Pearl Harbor, I cried, so much destruction.
-The first luau, Germaine's luau in Honolulu, Oahu was fun, I got to learn a hula dance and the fire warrior, were brave, crazy, and awesome, kinda like my friend Steve! Lol, you should be one! I tried a virgin Mai Tai, yum!
-On Hike Maui, we went through a rain forest and swam in two falls area, and had cool water hike shoes, or "Ninja turtle shoes!" Nature lovers would have loved it, I'm not much of one, but it was enjoying!
-On the sunset cruise, also Maui was fun, food, drinks, I tried a virgin Pinta Colata, yumm! We also got to see the sun set by Maui, beautiful!
-The glass bottom tour in Hilo, Hawaiian we saw Spinner dolphins besides our boats, coral reef and fish on the bottom. We also saw parasailers! A women on the ship taught hula and did some, she was very friendly. I had fun with Grandma and Petey.
-The second luau was better than the first, we started with seeing the Kalamaku Mansion and train tour of the plants of this plantation, which is the biggest sugar plantation mansion of all the islands, and the biggest Clysdale population. Next, the luau, starting with hula, then food, and this was a theatrical luau, about the Polynesian's travel to Hawaii! That's why it's my favorite, and my favorite course of luaus, is roasted pig, which is roasted in an imu, aka in the ground pit. Good stuff!

Maui was my favorite, and so was Oahu. As the Maui people say, "Maui no ka 'oi!" or "Maui is the best!

A Hui Hou (or until we meet again pronounced ah who-ee ho0), Mahalo and Aloha,
Kim

My summer so far

*I've been attending my old high school concerts/plays.
*I've applied for multiple jobs and either turned down or haven't heard from, so no luck so far...
*Basically sitting at home most of the summer due to my inability to past a permit test.
* Missing my Fox friends a ton!
* Not getting to spend time with friends here because they are busy and still in high school.
*Going to Hawaii June 5th to 15th, can't wait!
*Went to the mall three or four times this week.
*My oldest sister is gone most of the time, not much to hang out.

Yep, but I'll do a post on my Hawaiian cruise!
